The app is called Pzizz. It is designed to help you sleep better at night and to give you power naps during the day.
How does it work?
The app starts with a timer that can be set to a time you want to wake up. When the time is up, the app will play a narration that will quickly quiet your mind and put you to sleep. The sleep module can be customized with different genres of narration and dreamscapes.
After you have gone to sleep, the app will play a narration that will bring you back to the present. The focus module can be customized with different genres of music and sound effects to help you get into the zone and be productive. The focuscape has a ‘focus’ section and a ‘cooldown’ section.
